The room is ideally located near the Place Massena, Promenade des Anglais, and the Nice market. Getting to the hotel from the train station or the airport is very easy. A 10-minute walk brings you to the train station, offering convenient access to other parts of the French Riviera (Cannes, Eze, etc.). The staff at the hotel are outstanding and highly informative.

Did not have hotel breakfast. Numerous cafes nearby. Helpful welcoming receptionist Nina. Tho having to pay extra for early arrival / occupation of my room - I hadn’t ever had this before. Fantastic location, a very short walk from Messini. Absolutely beautuful!

The hotel is in a perfect location in the center of Avenue Jean Medecin. Walking distance from amazing and best restaurants, shopping centers, etc... The staff are friendly and professional and the hotel is warm and cozy

The hotel looks modest on the outside but it's very nice overall. The location is great, very close to Place Massena and the tram line 1. The railway station is only two trams stops away. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had two special requests regarding the room and they accommodated both. The room was spacious enough for me and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. I would definitely stay there again when I visit Nice.

Very friendly, helpful staff 10/10! Made us very welcome. Rooms very clean and beds comfortable. Out flight was not until the evening and they let us leave luggage on last day after checkout. Would def stay here again. Superb location 5 mins walk to shops and restaurants.

The room was large and offered ample storage space and included a small refrigerator. The bed was large and comfortable. Everything was clean and the windows were sound blocking. Also good air circulation in the room.

This property was located in the heart of Nice, a wonderful spot with easy access to the supermarket, shops, pharmacies etc. The room we booked was well sized and spacious, and compared to other reviews I have seen, our toilet/basin/shower were all in the one bathroom. It was a comfortable apartment for our stay in Nice.

I had a great stay at this hotel—right in the center, super close to square Masséna! The building isn’t new, but the renovated rooms are comfy, and the staff is very friendly and attentive. The only issue for me was the thin walls—my neighbors were quite loud, which was a bit annoying. Still, a great place in a perfect location! Would come back
